1、Turn off the machine according to the prescribed procedure: Firstly, turn off the control software, and then turn off the main power switch to ensure the normal return of the printheads, and ensure that the printheads and ink cap are completely closed, and avoid blocking the printheads.

2、When replacing the ink cap, it is suggested that to use the original ink cap, otherwise the ink cap deformation may cause the printheads blockage, ink breaking, incomplete ink pumping, and insufficient cleaning of residual ink. If the equipment is unused for more than three days, please clean the ink cap and waste ink tube with cleaning solution to avoid the printheads blockage after drying the ink.

3、It is recommended that you use the ink produced by the regular manufacturers. Do not mix different brands of ink to avoid chemical reactions, printheads blockage and affect the picture quality finally.

4、Do not plug and unplug the USB print cable, so as not to cause damage to the motherboard.

5、If the machine is a high-speed printer, please be sure to connect to the ground:

① When the air is dry, the electrostatic problem cannot be ignored.

   ② When use  some inferior materials with strong static electricity, their static electricity may be resulting in damage to the safety of the electronic components of the machine and the printheads. Also, the static electricity will cause the phenomenon of ink flying during printing, so it is forbidden to operate the printheads with electricity.

6、Since this equipment is a precision printing equipment, it is recommended to equip with a brand voltage regulator with a power of about 2000W.

7、The ambient temperature should maintain between  15 ° C -30 ° C, and the humidity is 35%-65% to keep the working environment clean and dust-free.

8、Cleaning blade: Clean regularly the ink cap and cleaning blade to prevent the ink from solidifying and causing damage to the printheads.

9、Working platform: keep the table dust-free, ink and debris to prevent scratching the printheads.

10、Ink cartridge: Close the lid immediately after inputting ink to prevent dust from entering.
